As part of IEMS 365's winter 2020 cohort, we designed a Data Dashboard that helps enable District X’s Board of Education to make more informed, data-driven choices throughout their hiring process.
Given recent Learning Sciences & Social Policy research, as well as the goals and current priorities of the District, we imagined a hiring process that would reflect and respond to their student body’s increasing diversity.
